Paradise Awaits at The Cove
The Cove at Atlantis is a 600 room, 21-story, all-suites hotel. The project included the addition of a new themed hotel, a condominium/hotel tower, a dolphin experience lagoon as well as support buildings. An outdoor waterpark — complete with a river ride, kids’ area and wave generator — was also a part of the project scope.
Extended Stay
The Residences at Atlantis is a 500-room condominium hotel situated adjacent to the Atlantis resort. The fully furnished and outfitted condominium suites form part of the resort’s hotel accommodations when they are not being used by the owners.

Our rigorous contract management systems and attention to quality set a new standard of excellence for the Atlantis properties. The project proved our capacity to successfully adapt systems to new markets while still respecting local construction practices.
